About

Helping You Feel More Connected, Confident, and Supported

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying relationship challenges, parenting stress, family concerns, or your own emotional struggles. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I am a Georgia-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide warm, compassionate, and practical telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and parents who are ready to create meaningful change. Areas of Focus I have experience supporting clients navigating: • Couples and relationship challenges — communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, relationship transitions, and rebuilding connection • Parenting and family concerns — parenting stress, family communication, boundaries, and navigating challenging family dynamics • Parents raising autistic or neurodivergent children — emotional overwhelm, caregiver stress, family and relationship strain, parenting challenges, and maintaining your own wellbeing while meeting your child’s needs • Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns • Life transitions and major changes • Trauma and difficult life experiences • ADHD and neurodivergence-related family concerns A Therapy Experience Tailored to You There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My style is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and engaging. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based approaches to create treatment that reflects your goals, circumstances, strengths, and needs. Rather than simply focusing on what’s wrong, we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, identify what you want to change, and develop practical steps toward moving forward. Support for Parents Raising Autistic Children Parenting an autistic child can bring tremendous love and joy while also creating emotional, relational, and practical challenges that are sometimes difficult to talk about. You may be experiencing: • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted • Difficulty balancing your child’s needs with your own • Guilt about needing help or time for yourself • Stress related to school, services, or advocacy • Changes in your relationship or marriage • Differences with your partner about parenting • Difficulty maintaining connection with your partner or other children • Feeling like you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way You can love your child deeply and still need support. My goal is to provide a space where you can be supported, heard, and understood—not simply expected to keep going. Couples & Relationship Support Relationships can become difficult when communication breaks down, resentment builds, or both partners feel unheard. I work with couples who are experiencing: • Repeated arguments and communication problems • Emotional distance • Parenting-related conflict • Changes in intimacy or connection • Resentment or feeling unsupported • Major relationship transitions • Uncertainty about the future of the relationship Couples therapy provides an opportunity to slow down the cycle, understand what’s happening beneath the conflict, and begin developing healthier ways of communicating and connecting. Convenient, Confidential Telehealth I exclusively provide telehealth counseling through a secure patient portal and video platform, allowing you to participate in therapy from the privacy and comfort of your own space. Therapy can be difficult to begin. Reaching out doesn’t mean you have failed—it means you’re willing to consider that things can be different. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. When you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support.
